Inspired by the drive-in theater that had been located on the site since the early 1950’s, this unique sales centre design was intended to evoke a sense of nostalgia in prospective buyers. Many of the buyers were young couples looking for their first home on a site that was the location of the last drive-in theatre in the Vancouver area.
The building features 9 foot ceilings, tempered glass french doors, an enclosed porch with a large picture window and a whimsical feature wall of popcorn under plexiglass.
